Community of Practice for Alternative Grading

Do you dream of students being motivated by learning rather than grades? Then, join the Community of Practice for Alternative Grading to explore ideas for making that possible. Dates and themes for this term are:

  1. Monday, January 19th 2:30 – 3:30 PM: Approaches to giving feedback that save instructor time and that students actually use
  2. Monday, February 23rd 2:30 – 3:30 PM: Using alternative grading to increase motivation and reinforce academic integrity
  3. Monday, March 30th 2:30 – 3:30 PM: Exploring alternative grading in large-sized classes
