My key knowledge areas: Learning Technology Support, Learning Management System Administration, Issue Resolution & Documentation, Customer Service.  

My role within the team: As a Support Analyst with the CTL Learning Technologies team, my primary focus is to ensure the seamless operation and effective use of educational technology tools within the UBCO ecosystem. By fostering connections and collaborating with teams across both campuses, I strive to provide Faculty, Staff, and Students with comprehensive, responsive, and reliable support.    

My background: With a diverse background spanning graphic design and settlement services within non-profit organizations, a common thread throughout my career has been a commitment to support-focused roles. Since joining UBC in 2013, I’ve been dedicated to student and program support, driven by a passion for how technology can enrich the educational experience.  

When I’m not working… In the summer, you’ll often find me out on the water dragon boating, paddleboarding, or cruising between my favourite patios on an e-bike. When the weather cools, I shift gears to cozier pursuits – spending time with my dog and diving into video games.
