Teaching Fellow opportunity provides
“The teaching fellowship provides an incredible opportunity to build community with folks across campus, and in areas that I would not typically connect with in my usual work within the Library. I have also been so excited to have more opportunities to engage with the work of CTL, and the other fellows around SoTL, OER’s, and pedagogies.”
Teaching Passions and Philosophy
“I am very passionate about citation justice and politics within the context of information literacy and instruction, and how this connects with culturally responsive, reflective, and sustaining practices within higher education. I believe this work is a collaborative process between students and instructors, and that working towards supporting students as whole people is key to student success.”
Ongoing and Future Goals
“I am currently working on my Master’s in Education and am looking forward to finishing that in the next few months. I am also working on an open information literacy textbook with several colleagues that I am excited to be working on.”
