Contract Faculty Community of Practice

The interests of contract faculty are unique to their positions within the wider academic institution, with roles and responsibilities often misunderstood and lacking clarity. This Community of Practice (CoP) for Contract Faculty will be a safe space to explore these topics, concerns, and questions identified by our community members. Potential topics include understanding duties, workload, service commitment, pursuing research, maintaining currency in our disciplines, avenues for professional development, teaching successes and challenges, and other topics. This CoP will be facilitated in a multi-access format.
