In May 2023, UBC ran the Teaching Practices Survey to better understand how faculty structure learning for students and to offer an opportunity for participants to provide confidential feedback on their perceptions of the teaching climate at UBC. Campus reports and recommendations are now available on the Teaching Practices Survey website.
Survey responses will be used to inform future CTL workshops and resources. In this section of our newsletter, we will share reflections on findings in the Okanagan Campus Report. To begin your own exploration, check out the top five recommendations for improving teaching based on the factors identified by respondents as helping them.
