My key areas of expertise: Indigenous education, Experiential education, land-based learning, Indigenous methodologies, teaching Indigenous learners.

My role within the team: Providing consultations, resource development, facilitating, and programming on Indigenous affairs and initiatives.

My background: I completed my B.A. in Indigenous studies, then transitioned into the faculty of education to pursue an M.A. in Education. After one year in my master’s, I transferred to the Ph.D. program in Indigenous Knowledge. My passion is improving the method for teaching Indigenous learners. I have been a teaching assistant for multiple years and recently began independently teaching my own courses.

When I’m not working: When I am not working I am either baking, watching TV, going for a walk, or shopping!
