My key areas of expertise: Full Stack Website Development; data management, analysis, and visualization; Learning Technology Support; Customer Service
My role within the team: I primarily work at the helpdesk, supporting instructors’ technical quires regarding UBC’s learning technology. I also have worked on unit testing for UBC’s Curriculum Map and am currently working on making our website more accessible.
My background: I am actively pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree and majoring in Computer Science. I have a keen interest in psychology and human-computer interaction and am currently working on improving my AI skillset.
Before my Co-op role at the CTL, I worked as an intern at 365 Labs where I got to utilize my programming and U/X skills for a project.
When I’m not working… you’ll find me swimming/gymming at the YMCA, watching anime (your name is my favorite), listening to music (LUV XD), or gaming!!
